These terms outline the rules, responsibilities, and legal boundaries governing your use of our website, tools, and AI-powered services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

• Our understanding of your requirements and the provided timeline plays a crucial role in determining all anticipated costs. Any modifications to features, including minor enhancements, may result in additional charges. During a face-to-face meeting, please validate and specify your needs and requests.
• Upon acceptance of a quotation, you agree to adhere to and acknowledge Nova Tech Studio LLC’s policies and terms. This acknowledgment can be conveyed verbally, through email, payment of the initiation fee, or by signing a quote.
• Clients must ensure that all essential elements are included in the quotations, and we must fully comprehend their prerequisites. Clear guidelines and any progressive or precise information must be provided by clients. In the absence of such specifics, we will proceed based on our understanding and quote accordingly. Any subsequent significant disparities or ambiguities may lead to additional costs, so it is imperative to clarify every aspect of your webpage development and ensure accurate quotes are received.
• Any nuances related to specific tasks should be communicated in advance and included in the proposal to monitor the costs. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to provide comprehensive information at the time of the quotation. Nova Tech Studio LLC will not be held responsible for imbalances and inconsistencies resulting from unclear requirements.
• Each project has a predetermined number of hours, and minor changes can be accommodated within the agreed-upon time frame on an individual basis. Nova Tech Studio LLC will make every effort to complete the project/changes within the specified timeframe. However, rational delays are accepted if features and functions are reinvented or altered.
• Disruptions at the client’s end may lead to delays in the proposal and suggested timelines, incurring additional expenses. Refunds or credit are not provided unless at our absolute discretion or as required by applicable laws.
• Any programming errors (bugs) identified during or immediately after development do not incur additional charges. However, rework on a completed task will necessitate extra fees, and changes to the layout will result in additional charges once acknowledged.
• Changes requested during progress or after Go-Live approval will result in extra costs, and all additional work will be billed separately. Nova Tech Studio LLC will not be held responsible for disruptions caused by modifications to the proposed project.
• All website content and relevant items must be provided within the first two weeks of the project work. Unexpected disruptions may cause delays, potentially incurring additional charges if they exceed a reasonable timeframe.
• Our webpages are typically tested on PCs using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Please inform us in advance if testing on any other browser is required.
• Testing for responsive compatibility on iPhones and iPads is conducted. If testing on another device is necessary, please notify us beforehand. Additional hours required due to network issues (if the webpage is not hosted on a synapse server) are not included in our quotes and will be charged separately.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. By providing a telephone number and submitting this form you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging.
• Projects stalled for more than two months will incur $99/week in admin costs and may lead to adjustments in previously approved estimates. Putting a project on hold requires prior notice.
• When putting a project on hold, there are no additional charges, but updating the account before the hold is necessary. In such a situation, a detailed discussion can be arranged.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC’s software codes (excluding open-source software) are protected by copyright. Once all previous invoices are settled, the codes can be handed over for use at an extra cost. However, resale or duplication of the codes is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC holds the copyrights to all codes written for clients and grants a license for the client’s exclusive use as part of the hosting fee. This license cannot be transferred to an external host, and no connectivity to the software codes is allowed.
• The website/application is crafted using commercial-grade internet, and its performance may be affected if implemented on an office network based on website traffic.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC strives to assess the appropriateness of third-party elements, but unexpected constraints are beyond our control. Costs for SSL, Payment Gateway, Google AdWords, and plug-in licenses are not included in our estimates.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC does not assume liability for accessible options like WordPress, Open-Source Carts, Joomla, etc. It is the client’s responsibility to keep all elements and third-party software up to date to avoid disruptions.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC collaborates with third-party vendors for packages, and changes in their rules and strategies may impact our services.
• Delays may be unavoidable, but as long as reasonable efforts are made to adhere to the proposed schedule, no penalties will be imposed for unintentional delays.
• Domain registration, renewal, and related charges are not included in our project or proposal unless specified. If clients pay for such items, a separate estimate will be provided and requires client approval.
• Hosting fees are not included in the quotation. If necessary, Nova Tech Studio LLC can arrange hosting, with a separate quote subject to client approval. Clients managing their web host should contact us before finalizing to meet development technology specifications. We require full access to the server and hosting support for testing and organizing the application.
• Nova Tech Studio LLC typically tests websites on servers or domains hosted by us. Third parties cannot connect directly to our test server and websites. After full payment of invoices and dues, the webpage can be transferred to a designated third-party server.
• Upon full payment of outstanding invoices, Nova Tech Studio LLC grants an unconditional permit to the client to use, reproduce, publish, engage, modify, or otherwise deal with visual effects, writings, and photos used in the published webpage. This excludes intellectual property related to website creation.
• Email is the preferred mode of communication, and clients must keep us updated on their current email addresses.
