Due to the nature of our services, Nova Tech Studio LLC does not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Clients may choose to discontinue services at any time; however, cancellations made during an active month will not be eligible for reimbursement. To cancel, clients must submit a written notice, this can be delivered via text message or email. Upon cancellation, future billing will stop, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• If the client disregards Nova Tech Studio LLC‘s professional guidance and required approvals related to ethical SEO practices (“White Hat” methods), including but not limited to keyword research, on-page optimization, content changes, web analysis, and overall site architecture.
• If the client hires another SEO provider or performs SEO independently while under contract with Nova Tech Studio LLC.
• If the client fails to provide the required access to their website for SEO purposes or if the site is non-functional or inaccessible.
• If mock-up designs are approved and the project enters the development or testing phase, no refund will be processed from that point forward.
• For promotional or special event-related services arranged through our sales team, cancellations are not permitted unless submitted with at least 30 days’ prior notice, as these offerings are limited-time and non-refundable. .

While SEO and digital marketing service fees are non-refundable, clients may choose to end their service agreement by providing a 15-day written notice
Please note that Nova Tech Studio LLC will not issue refunds for any project deemed abandoned or inactive for over 30 days.

All payments made to Nova Tech Studio LLC are non-refundable.

• The initial payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Any subsequent payments are also non-refundable if:

  • Work on the project has already begun, or

  • The project is placed on hold due to the client’s unavailability, and no dispute or written request for review is submitted within fifteen (15) business days of the payment date.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable payment policy in full.
